 Saline Injections

I'm new to the board!
I would like to try saline injections to get rid of my acne scars after reading all the posts on this subject. For those of you who have tried it successfully at home (or have learned how to do it from Dr. Sire), would you mind telling me in detail how to do it right?
What gauge needle should I use?
How exactly should I inject my skin?
What are the contents of the saline that I should use?
What are the things to avoid doing?
