Post I picked.. helped
Under my mom i picked at small white head..now i have a small circle indentation..red..like the 1st layer of skin was peeled off..how do i get this to scab easier.. when i do this sometimes it gets bigger and redder and harder to heal and scab.. i put polysporin on it..wondering if thatll help..also anything like warm compresses or secrets you guys use?

yeah applying an anti-bacterial ointment like neosporin or bacitricin should help heal it up. once it heals and most of the redness has gone away apply retin-a micro or glycolic acid to minimize scarring.

thanks..one prob i have is i try to put differin of retin-a on it right after i pick and peel the first layer of skin before i go to sleep and it doesnt heal

dont put differin or retin a or any product on an open wound. They will just irrate the area even more!

when this happens, i always use neosporin or triple antibiotic ointment. works wonders. good luck
