I've been taking antibiotics (Mino) long term, and have decided to start taking a "good bacteria" supplement. I've seen "Probiotics" at Trader Joe's, but when I went to Walmart last night to actually buy something, all I found was "Lactobacillus Acidophilus". Are these 2 supplements basically the same thing, or does the "Probiotic" have other good stuff in it? Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated
Also...this is a little off subject, but does anyone know if there are any lab tests I should be requesting since I've been taking Mino long-term? Maybe a liver function test? Or would this not be necesary? Thanks!
