I'm just wondering if anyone has tried the Perricone diet? It's supposed to reduce the inflamation in your body, which is supposed to get rid af acne and redness.
You eat things like : salmon, other protein, fruits, veggies, almonds, beans, etc.
And he says to stay away from: sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, flours, etc. Basically, all the good stuff!
I started eating healthy before i started this diet. I cut out dairy, sugar, bread, pasta, but i still ate potatoes and rice, and I broke out. So for me, I think that getting rid of the potatoes and rice is what really helped my skin.
I've been on it around a week and my face is way less red and I have only one small breakout!
His face products are way too expensive, so i try to buy cheaper versions with the same ingredients.
Anyone had good results from the diet?
