Post Another Neutrogena Healthy Skin Question

In responses to my other post about Neutrogena Healthy Skin lotion, people said your face can become irritated at first if you're not used to AHA's. Then in another post someone mentioned that apple cider vinegar acts as a 7% AHA or something like that... I've been using apple cider for a few weeks now, which leads me to two questions...

1. if my face can tolerate the vinegar, does that reduce the chance that the Neutrogena lotion would irritate my skin?

2. can these two be used together, or would that result in too high a concentration of AHAs?

Thanks!

1. Why don't you try it, and see if it does. I don't think it will. AHA isn't a very irritant solution unless used in high % formulas. I'm not sure how high the Healthy Skin lotion is, but i'll guess it's probably at 2.5% or so.

2. How exactly do you use the vinegar? Do you actually leave it on your face, or do you rinse it off? Anyways, i would only use the Healthy Skin imo.
