I believe MBI 594an is the best topical medicine for acne. Because it is anti-resistant and it has no side effects and will reduce inflammation fast. It will be availabe only at the end of 2004. If you have money you can get it before it is officially available.

"If you have money"??? does this mean that its already available...but only to those that can or are willing to pay through the nose for it...(kinda like accutane)

Every medication has side effects. Some many be minor but they are still there.

I looked it up and looked at the trial results. I would like to see the long term results, they only had trials for 6 weeks, and there was like a 32% decrease in pimples, which is far from clear.
