Question Does anyone have any advice on what to do about raised acne scars?

I've asked this question before but didn't really get any replies. I have four raised scars on my face that were from past pimples. These scars are red and have been there for about 3 months. They seem to have faded just a little bit but don't seem to be going away. I'm on 60mg accutane/day right now and I'm thinking that when my course is done my body will go back to its normal state and the healing process of these raised scars may speed up. IDK just a thought. Any suggestions?
