I've never even heard of it, and i thought I've tried EVERYTHING!!!! Guess I will do some investigating myself on it!!!

I know this isn't an answer to your question, but the answer to acne is proactiv! i know i'm going to sound like an infomercial, but it really does work wonders. I had awful acne when I started beauty school when I was 18 and tried so many things to get rid of it, and absolutely nothing worked. Not even the prescription stuff my Dr gave me. Finally after a few years, I broke down and tried the proactiv, and all my blemishes were gone in 1 week! I know it's a little more expensive than other OTC brands, but is is really worth it.

im really curious/worried why no one has heard of or used this drug (Staticin) that I've been prescribed!!

Ok, not only had none of us heard of staticin, but i went to pick up the prescription today and they didnt even have it! pharmacist said it had been on backorder for a long time and they probably wouldnt be getting it in. now they have to talk to dr so he can change the prescription to something else....sooooooooooooo after all this waiting, i have to keep on waiting....until i get something new..
