Post Bumps on chest

I haven't been able to wear any shirts with even the slightest low-cut neck in months. If it's not up to my collarbone, I can't wear it.

It started with a HUGE cyst right in the middle, about an inch, inch and a half below my neck last July or so. It was there for months, and it would not go away no matter what I did. Now, it's almost non-existant, but I've got these tiny bumps all around that area. Some are red, some aren't, some look almost like raised blackheads - but they're all hideous and keeping me from wearing the clothes that I want to. I don't have these anywhere else, so I don't know how to treat it.
Right now I'm using Phisoderm's Clear Confidence body wash, and it seems to be working everywhere else for the most part. I've tried astringents, and nothing. Does anyone know what I can do for this problem? It's been so long since I could wear more than half of my shirts, and I would like to be clear there for the spring/summer.

try using a 10% over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide cream or gel in addition to the bod wash. good for body acne, b/c its not as irritating as it can be on the face.

I would contact a doctor and get a diagnosis -- that way you have some idea what you are dealing with. Once you know what you are dealing then you can determine how to address it.

Try washing your chest w/ head and shoulders shampoo. Whenever I get a breakout on my body, this clears it right up. It may make you a bit dry but nothing a little lotion can't cure!

Head and shoulders? I've never heard of this before. Does anyone else use this technique?
