senoflys Senior Member (male) Join Date: Oct 2002 Posts: 265	face upkeep after accutane I was jsut wondering if anyone has done anything to maintain their new zit free complexion after accutane. I went on accutane once and it cleared me up, but hten the acne came back and the derm said that I should have used a topical cream afterwards. Now after my second round of accutane, it cleared up again but I don't konw if I hsould use anything now, even if it's just over the ocunter stuff. Any advice?
