Question Two things........

I am going to go back to basketball training Thursday after a long break (due to my acne)

I always found that after training i would break out real bad due to the sweat, i really need to get fit again so have to get back to it, anyone got any ideas to what i could do to stop myself breaking out after sweating?

Another thing is (i might be looking way to much into this) but i only seem to break out on my left side, face and shoulders. It seem pretty weird that the worst break outs are all on my left side. Anyone got any explanations why this could be?

Cheers.

sometimes i break out on the side i sleep on, maybe it's that.
I think rinsing your face with cool water, and making sure to wash your clothes as often as possible is probably the best thing you can do to prevent the breakouts. Sweating is actually cleansing...it's bringing all that stuff out to the surface. Hope training is acne free this time around...it really sucks that you had to take time off from the things you do because of acne.

Thanks for your suggestion.

It could well possible be that the bad breaking out is because of the way sleep, now i come to think of it i do lay that side.

I havent changed my pillows for ages to be honest(bit embarrassing!!!)

Even before i got acne i never really had that much confidence in myself, but ever since i have had it my self confidence has just hit rock bottom (i'm sure everyone on here is pretty much the same)

Looking back on it i should never have stopped because i really do enjoy, but sometimes acne just becomes a little to powerful

sometimes i let my pillow cases and things stay around a little longer than i should... i guess we would both be well served to add a little more laundry to our lives lol!

I do change pillow case daily....just keep them near my bed. Also try disinfecting your phone with antbacterial wipes.
