I am going to go back to basketball training Thursday after a long break (due to my acne)
I always found that after training i would break out real bad due to the sweat, i really need to get fit again so have to get back to it, anyone got any ideas to what i could do to stop myself breaking out after sweating?
Another thing is (i might be looking way to much into this) but i only seem to break out on my left side, face and shoulders. It seem pretty weird that the worst break outs are all on my left side. Anyone got any explanations why this could be?
sometimes i break out on the side i sleep on, maybe it's that.
I think rinsing your face with cool water, and making sure to wash your clothes as often as possible is probably the best thing you can do to prevent the breakouts. Sweating is actually cleansing...it's bringing all that stuff out to the surface. Hope training is acne free this time around...it really sucks that you had to take time off from the things you do because of acne.
