Post How long does it take b5 to get out of your system

I quit taking b5 about a week ago because it was making me break out horribly on my forehead... I took it for 3 months and decided to quit.. I know its still in me cause my forehead is breaking out and my oily face is STILL dry. I can't wait for my oil to come back and these horrible forhead/hairline breakouts to go away..

Actually, I doubt that the B5 is still in you.
That is why you need to take so much on a daily
basis while you're on the therapy...because the
B5 is in and out of your system within a matter
of hours (like most water soluble vitamins).

Your body stores very little B5. You'll need
to find out what else is triggering your
breakouts at this time.

well then how come my 'before b5 extremely oily skin' hasnt returned? has the b5 permanently stopped the oil? i dont think this is possible which leads me to believe something happend when i took it.. and is still triggering the breakouts.
