My doc prescribed it for me after I overused the steroid cream, Lidex. It worked okay for about a week or two. When he told me that we would have to ween my face off of the Elidel since it was addicted to the Lidex, I stopped using it on my own and just let my face do its own thing. I didn't want to risk the chance of my face getting stuck on something else. I started using the Mint Julep, Oil of Olay Total Effects Cleanser, and Moisterizer and the doc was impressed when I went for my check up Sat. I also started using Jojoba Oil at night.
