Post Flaxseed combined with Vitamin B-50 complex

Anyone know how I can take this 2 supplements?? Im taking flaxssed oil 1000mg twice a day, but i have read that vitamin b-50 complex is really really good for the skin and the hair.

I take both of those supplements and they don't help my skin one bit.

you can take both, but should take a multi vitamin if ur going to start supplementing. Just make sure it doesn't contain iodine.

Vit's a, c, e, and zinc are good for skin. Don't take more than 50 mg. of zinc a day, and no more than 5000 I.U of A, as they can be toxic.

desheldon, how do you take them. And how long have u been taking them? Is it really helping you a lot with the acne, any differences?

I've been taking them for over 6 months and they don't help my acne.I have never found ANY supplement that helps my acne and have tried just about everything.

I take that last post back.The only supplement that has ever helped my acne is Colon Cleanse.I really should go buy some more but I have a bottle of this other stuff thats crap but I hate to let things go to waste so I've been holding off buying the Colon Cleanse until the junk stuff is gone.I think I really should go buy some Colon Cleanse though,in fact I am going to today!

Pardon my jumping in here, but I went to the health food store for something for my skin and the girl asked me about my bowel habits. I told her I was backed up all the time and she told me that it may contribute to my acne. For starters she told me to drink aloe vera distilled water which I have been and bowels are getting more regular.....hence maybe why the Colon Cleanse is helping DSheldon3......I dunno.
