Post B5 and Lightheaded... Please Advice Before I Order More

Hi,

This is my 5th day on B5, and I still experienced lightheadedÖ Iím taking 5g per day with food. Iím sure this is coming from B5 because I forgot to take it yesterday morning, and I did not have any headacheÖ The headache is manageable, but I just donít want to experience it everyday... Should I give it up?

Thanks,

Joe

i had mild neck pain but got my girlfriend to help me by massaging my neck hehe, well only had it for a day or two, its definetly worth it, as i think this is whats cleared my skin, but anyway, i have experienced general fatigue, and diaraheoa(sp?) from this, but these side effects have generally subsided now, so will yours when your body gets used to the adjustments internally being made to ur body by this wonder vitamin

How much do u take vortex? do you spread it out? Also my face gets really oily and i can see the little dark spots like clogged pores, i guess and they usually turn into cysts..is that from the oil production? b5 good for this? thx

Re: B5 and Lightheaded... Please Advice Before I Order More

well my B5's strength is 250mg per pill, i take 6 of these which is 1.5g , i usually take 2 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 1 before bed, i feel its better to spread the dosage out so its working at all times possible, anyway basicly B5 is an Enzyme A i think, which speeds up the process of breaking down fats carbohydrates etc, i don't know that much about B5, but it's supposed to slow oil production basicly, and to further prevent breakouts, i have experienced no further breakouts since ive been on my diet, and on B5, which is pretty amazing, only lately have i noticed a difference in oil production(virtually no oil on my forehead right now), scars seemed to of faded a little too, i think B5 is the best thing you can get for your acne which isnt prescription based, but that's just my own opinion, my skin is completely clear now(with the exception of a few scars) the reason i take such a low dosage (1.5g) because i find that my skin dries out quite a bit and flakes a little, i hope i helped, and good luck!

It could be if you are taking B5 alone with no other vitamins this could be your problem. You need a Multi-Vitamin and B-Complex with your B5. It could be the brand too, depends if there is something other then B5 in it. Also, try taking it after you eat.
