 Small outbreaks

i was wondering if any one out there can help me, i'm 19 and every so often i get these spots around the side of my chin. Is allways in the same place and rarely any where else. They can range from small red spots to really sore and deep ones which make it sore to smile and eat etc. They seem to react with surroundind muscle or something. I had this constantly for about a year and then it became less frequent. and for the last year or so they have appeared at christmas and have now appeares again. in the past i have used Quinaderm 5 which helped quite a bit but i was still getting them and now i am using Panoxyl 5 which helps alot. Anyway it seems that i only get them at certain times and i have been trying to work out if it was related to anything like diet or summer heat but im just not sure what brings them on. And its weird how they only appear in one small patch of skin.
