ive heard the high saturated fat in eggs can be bad, but my health teacher also told us that eggs with omega 3 fatty acids can be good for acne because they help with inflammatory conditions.

plus eggs have protein and Vitamin A (remember the egg facial?). So what is that 3 good things vs. one bad thing? ;-) Then again, some people can be very bother by that one bad thing so if you want to know, try avoiding it for 2 weeks. Then start eating them again every day for a week and note what happens. If nothing bad happens, then keep eating them.
