Yet another accutane journal..... I'm going to document my progress for all past, present and future accutane users. If you are on accutane now, feel free to document your progress along with mine.....

Day 18 and I'm feeling some effects from the tane. I have mild headaches but nothing too dramatic. My lips are dryer than the Sahara so dry I apply "karrit lips" every 30 minutes to give them some relief.

-karrit lips is an awesome lip balm- you can get in the health food store for about 6 bucks

I have several pimples and 3 cysts on my face that make up the constelation "The big dipper" It's kind of amusing; although, I'd rather look to the sky to see the big dipper than in the mirror

-I just bought some jojoba oil so I will start using that tonight. I hope I don't have any lumps in the AM.

In general, my skin is much better than it was- woo hoo! (annie swings arms around head and dances)

DAY 19 -went for blood work today-hope everything is ok

-going to derm on mon to refill perscription

-still have constelation on face but no NEW stars yet today but I still have the cluster of cysts by my skin and they hurt like @#$!I think I'm the inital breakout-pooooooooooo

-still using purpose foaming face wash(excellent)

-started using jojoba oil this morning

-dry lips/itchy
-that is all for today

DAY 20 I woke up with THREE new cysts AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I'm hoping this gets better soon!
I recieved an email from Accutane survivors today....If anyone has suffered adverse effects from accutane, a televsion network is looking for sufferers to help with a story.....
