Post Can I do smoothbeam with these conditions?

my derm's assistant seems more like a sales to me and insisted that i can even when:

1. I have rosacea. she said the laser only affect the sebum oil gland level, not the blood vessels.

2. I am asian and I scar like a mofo lately. One little cut, and the mark takes months and months to heal. sometimes it darkens and turns brown. it only happenned lately this year, so i don't know if this is just part of aging and my body being less than efficient.

3. My indented scars are pinkish/light reddish. can anyone tell me if their indented scars are flesh colored or pinkish? Wouldn't smoothbeam make the scar redder and irritated? or does it decrease the redness of my indented scar?

And last question...would laser make my skin PERMANETLY more sensitive to the sun? i do NOT want to be a slave to the sun.

Thanks in advance.
