Post 1 face, 2 sensitivites

I was wondering if it was possible that a product could react differently on each side of the face. The left side of my face has very mild acne, but the right side has fairly moderate acne. I know it's not because of the way I sleep or anything like that... that's just how it is. Sometimes when I use products, they work very well on one side of the face, but they actually aggravate the other side. Is this possible? Have you ever heard of using different products for each side of the face?

This is exactly like me until couple of days ago. The left side of my face was pretty much clear but the right side had moderate acne. I thought it was because of the way I sleep so I tried to sleep on my left side, but nothing changed. Then couple of days ago my left side started to break out too but I think it might be because I ate something bad.
