I feel the same way about my derm. I am on a low dose 8 month course. 20 mg first month and 40 mg for the remainder of the treatment. I am still breaking out and in my 15th week now. You would think that to totally eliminate the problem they would run you through a normal dose of accutane so you won't have to deal with a second treatment. Have you ever had a blood test taken? I haven't. My doctor never told me to get any blood tests because since it is such a low dose the side effects are minimum, which I don't think is right. How are your results now and how long does she intend to keep you on?
