Back Acne... And um... Acne where it's not supposed to be
Ok, to start the whole thing off, I'm going to say that when I was younger... I always used to get sunburned on my nose, and being the smart younger self that I was, I always scraped at my nose when it started to peel... But it wasn't just the lil "picking" people do, it was SCRAPING. Soo, with the damage I caused with my nails... Came enlarged pores. This problem has slowly been clearing up over the past months. But I noticed something odd. Very odd.
You know how they tell you that washing your face with soap and a wash cloth is a bad idea right? Well... I don't have face wash, but I noticed something... I tried to just wash my face with soap and my hands... And I started to get acne on my nose where the enlarged pores still hang out -.- But then I started to use a wash cloth again... and the zits on my nose started to diminish.
I washed my hands before I even washed my face too... Do you think it's because of the oils in my hands?
If I had face wash, do you think it would sorta... "neutralize" the oils in my hands, and possibly help any acne that I might get and enable me to use my hands on my face rather than a wash cloth? Since wash cloths seem to hurt the face...?
Ah, another thing: I read the tips on acne, and I haven't had soda for a very good length of time... (Someone said that soda can cause it to extents) I don't eat chocolate all that much... Maybe 2 pieces of chocolate every like... month? If even that... So I don't think eating the chocolate has anything to do with that -.-
On my back... I've tried a prescribed ointment for the back acne, but that didn't help. At all... I don't know what to do about that -.-
Someone suggested, in the tips, also... To drink water... Cause that generally will help a lot.. So I'll try to drink more water, but... We'll see...
So... Any help on any of these situations?
(Yes, I have read the tips -.- If I missed something, point me please? Thanks :>)
