Question Lemons n' stuff

hi all. i was just wondering about lemons. i've heard some ppl use them topically, some ppl drink the juices, and others just plain eat them (no offense but eww...). Well seeing as im already a walking medicine cabinet i figured i might as well try some natural stuff at the same time. couldn't hurt right? So i was thinking about starting to drink lemon water as recomended by others on this board. anyone know how much lemon should be put in a glass of water (should i just squeeze like half a lemon in?). also, how many glasses of lemon water do ya think would be beneficial to drink daily? Thanks 4 replies

i must say drinking lemon water has really improved my skin. i don't really get acne, but i have quite a few acne scarring. since drinking lemon water, collagen started building up and alot of my smaller scars are barely visible! its like a miracle, i'm going to keep on drinking it to see if my other scars can improve along (which they have so far).

the way i do it is i cut a lemon in half and squeeze a little juice onto the water. I heard from a site say "drink lightly scented lemon water all day." anyway, i don't literally drink it all day. I get around 8 or 9 glasses of lemon juice water per lemon. I use one lemon per day. so far it has been working great. give it a try. It also give a placebo effect since the lemon tastes so refreshing and cooling.
