Question Pillow?

When my doctor was examining my face, he asked me questions like: Do you wear your hair in your face a lot?, Do you lean on your hand during school?, etc. So my question here is. Can your pillow that you sleep on at night have something to do with your acne?

yea. you should wash your pillow case often like every two days or try to sleep on your back. also never touch your face without washing your hands first and never touch your face with the phone.

yes because bacteria and dead skin get on your pillow case which gets on your face so make sure you wash it every 3 days or more

Your pillow probably contains very little bacteria, not enough to infect your skin with anyways. Although, if you do have current acne I do suggest you wash your pillow often to avoid any MORE bacteria to enter the infected area. Remember, bacteria is one of many several things that causes acne.

Talking

one thing that makes sense to me is that at least for me, when i go to bed at night i start out on my back (to think and pray) then i roll onto my side. Think about it...when you lay on your back your hair is touching your pillow. So if you wear pomade, gel hairspray etc they get on your pillow and then eventually your face lays againt that the rest of the night. not good. I think i will go buy a shower cap to wear to bed!!! just a thought!
