Here's a suggestion to all. Exercise especially running and sweat a lot. It might initially make things worse but I think it might help overall. It will certainly keep you in good shape at the very least. The sweating might be clearing the skin in some way and getting the metabolism up. According the health experts it's also good to lift weights at least a little. Pushups are good too. One last note. Pray and ask God to show you the best methodology for you. If you read about Job (book of Job in the Bible) it just might cheer you up. He had boils from head to toe and wanted to die.
