Hooray, finally a coritsone shot actually made my cyst go away...!!

I do have a small indent, but oh well.

Problem is the skin on top where the cyst was is kind of thick and leathery...it keeps scaling over.

Anyone ever had this problem before? What do you use to make it stop scaling up?

I get that too from cysts that have healed...Just make sure u don't pick at the scales because I find it keeps reforming if u do...I use a mild exfoliant on the area and keep it well moiturized...Give it a couple of days to renew the skin on it....

Thanks for the infor product queen. But I have another question...

It seems as if there are some small pimple around the raised skin and I wanted to use my retina, but my doctor advised against it.

Has anyone used retina on a cystic area that has healed and it made it worse?

Plus, Product Queen is the cyst flatter but the skin is still sorta raised. I mean it looks like kind of a leathery skin...its not like a scab, but just shriveled up and scaly looking? I hope this goes away.

Oh and as usual the cortisone caused a sunken in area, i hope that it goes away, now i look like I have a hole surrounded by dead tissue.

I feel so BEAUTIFUL that I cant stand it. I'M too sexy for my face, too sexy for my face, so sexy it hurts...

Hey,

You might want to to follow the doctors orders..Here is what happens to me...After the cyst goes down, the area is still raised (I think it's because the skin around the cyst is still trying to recover)...By putting Retin-A on top of the cyst I find it makes the cyst form a scab of skin over it and bring fresher skin to the surface in a few days...I actually find it helps my cyst fade faster and better...Hope this helps...
