Hi All

Does anyone know if the brand Swanson is a good brand for B5?

I am from Holland and over here I did use Solgar, that's the only brand they have but is very expensive,250 capsules a 550 gram for 49 euro!!!!!!

I dont know anything about that brand but i do know that the acne miracle brand is one of the best.
