Hmm, I think you should try a tinted moisturizer. If you go for the all out concealer people might see it, and doesn't sound like you need a whole lot of coverage. Also, concealer tends to clog your pores alot and cause you to break out even more. A tinited moisturizer would be perfect! Good Luck!

Will it help conceal them up or is it a waste to try? It wont make me break out ?

It comes in a light and medium tint.
It is non-comedogenic, hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free and non-irritating.
I use it here and there and have no complaints what so ever. I like the product.

A tinted moisturizer, more than likely, will not provide good coverage - you should try a cover stick such as Neutrogena their make up is non comedogenic and won't clog pores (or so they say) .. try it at home and see how it feels and looks.
I use their concealers and they don't irritate my skin. Just thought I'd offer you some more advice.
Also I am currently using REGENERIST from Oil of Olay. This has helped lighten up red marks left behind by pimples. I had a huge cyst like pimple under the skin and I used the regenerist the whole weekend and it's not even visible anymore.
You can try that too. There is a post on REGERIST .. people are raving about it.
I really wouldn't try any of the cover sticks! No matter what they said on the container they always made me break out, plus they were abit more noticeable. Although, it might be just because I have sensitive skin. Good Luck!
I don't believe that you need a prescription for Regenerist. IF you need a concealer, I would recommend Maybelline Sticks. They come in a wide range of colors, I have oily skin and they still do not break me out. They are readily available in Wal-Mart or in drugstores.
