Try Oil of Olay's Regenerist. This has helped my skin in such a great way. There are posts on this product, I've heard many others rave about the product and how it helps lighten red marks until their invisible or almost invisible.
It helped me w/ one of those cystic type pimples I had. This Friday it was huge and red ... I used the regenerist all weekend and on Monday it was hardly noticable and the swelling went down ALOT.
Try it and see if it works for you.
It is about $20 but to me it's worth a shot.
