Post Inflamed skin from over-use of AHA/BHA

i used some AHA cream on my face overnight. when i woke up i found out that my face is red from where i applied the cream. I guess i have very sensitive skin.

its been weeks and the patch of skin is still inflamed and looks very damaged! what can i do to repair this skin? is it ever possible that I completely killed this patch of skin to the point where its almost like a patch of scar??? it seems like it cause i got a pimple there and it scarred.

the patch is also very oily and sensitive to anything. what can i possibly do to soothe it or make it turn into normal skin?????

Have you been using lots of moisturizer? You should be using something very bland often. Also, you might want to try something with hydrocortizone - I think that people who have had peels apply hc afterwards. Good luck!
