1. The Oil of Olay Regenerist does work in my opinion. I tested it on a blemish and I used it 2 nights in a row. It is almost invisible now.
2. I have also been drinking a ton of water this week. I have gotten no new break-outs this week which for me is a real shocker considering it is the week before my period and I always break out. The only bad thing about all the water is you have to pee a lot!! I must go every hour or so. But to me it is worth it and healthy.
3. I feel this is just as important as the top 2 tips. One thing that has helped me clear up a lot is not looking in the mirror and telling my skin I love it and it will heal. I don't even use the mirror to apply my make-up, except for my eyes. I look in it twice a day and that is it. You don't need to obsess in the mirror, the mirror is not our friend right now. Be kind to yourself and to your skin.
And for the girls who wear make-up like me. I have found this to be very beneficial to covering up blemishes. First apply concealer but only on the blemishes. Next, apply the foundation without a sponge. Use your fingers but make sure they are clean. Sponges have tons of bacteria on them. And lastly, use loose, translucent powder all over your face. Avoid the pressed powder, use only loose. Pressed powder has a ton of oils in it to keep the powder together. Then, check yourself out in the mirror and smile because you look beautiful!
