Post Just ate some pizza - I'm scared :(

Hey,
I just had some pizza and I'm so worried about what my face will be like tomorrow and Sunday - I'm convinced what I eat affects my skin.

I just want it all to stop. I saw a picture of me today when I must have been about 10 and I had the most amazing skin. Why can't I have that now?

I had pizza last night and I woke up with 2 new friends.....But I am allergic to cheese so it must have been that.....Acne-prone people have cravings too :-(

c'mon guys, it's just pizza, it's not going to kill you. While I do agree that food and acne are linked, I don't think one occasion of eating something unhealty leads to acne. I think it's more of a build up over time of eating complex carbs and junk food.

Hey! Whenever I eat pizza... my face gets really sore. Not like sore but like so sore I can barely talk! I am allergic to dairy products too so i need to stay away from it anyways! But, i am a firm believer that ance and food have a relation! Good Luck w/ ur skin... I hope it wont break out!

LOL, that reminds me of the predicament I was in today. I went to church and since it was the first sunday, I had Communion. Sigh...he kept talking about bread and then it hit me... I don't EAT bread anymore =(

Oh well, mom said since it was blessed bread I shouldn't have to worry. I'm not anyway, those Communion wafers aren't 100% wheat and if any of you like to attend communion, somewhere out there, is a company that makes Gluten Free Communion wafers ;-)

Wow.. Horhor stories about pizza. I'm going to be a little positive. I never break out from pizza. I had a pizza 5 days ago and no breakouts. I hope this makes you feel a little better.
