i was recently put on retin-a micro, whereas, previously, i was on retin-a. other parts of my acne regime were altered, but i was wondering why the derm would make this switch. is there really a difference between the retin-a micro and retin-a? i seem to be having an initial break-out with the new regime, but i was wondering what your thoughts were. should i really be breaking out, considering that i was previously on retin-a? perhaps i should go back to the retin-a, as the retin-a micro may not be working as well.

if anyone has any opinions on this, i would really appreciate the feedback.
