Hi Mysteg, your situation seems fairly unique, or at least very rare.
Re the 'holes' I would strongly consider going to a dermatologist to seek advice - I don't have a high regard for derms (quite the opposite actually), but in your case I think it could be worthwhile, cos it could be some rare underlying skin problem which has been medically identified and which can be dealt with.
I guess it is particularly important to see a derm if these 'holes' are permanent - do they go away and come back again, or have the holes which have formed just stayed on your cheeks for good?
Re the 'tiny dots,' this doesn't sound like acne, and may be also worth consulting with a derm.
