me Inactive Join Date: Nov 2000 Posts: 1	is my dosage high enough? i have been on accutane for 10 weeks now and have seen limited results. i was thinking that maybe this was linked to my dosage. i weigh 145 lbs and i take 80 mg sun, mon, wed, fri and 40 mg on tues, thurs, sat. my acne was not cystic to begin with but it was extremely bad. Also: i have gotten LOTS of dark purple scars which i never had before i went on accutane. will a higher dosage get rid of these ugly spots? thanks for the help...
