How to bring a pimple to a "head"

i was wondering if anyone else has good methods of doing this? I know picking is bad but once it forms a head I gently squeeze all the gunk out and it heals faster.

usually i put a big glob of Neosporin on top and within a few hours it will form a head and then it heals a lot quicker

Re: How to bring a pimple to a "head"

yeah i find that if you do squeeze a pimple right away, it does heal faster, usually when i get them in the morning, i just cover them with makeup, then by the end of the day they are ready to go, then i dont put anything on them , i justwash my face and let them heal on their own , i once had a huge cyst type zit i guess, on my forehead that wouldnt go away i just gave up and squeezed it, and it was gone within the next couple days, a week later it was compleatly gone, this works especially welll if you are taking vitamins like zinc and B-5
