I just bought this supplememnt(pills) today called AKN skincare in hopes of it improving my acne or Its not even acne just these frigin annoying tiny bumps, I already got rid of the big ones that used to be on my forehead but now my face has that ruough uneven look instead of smooth I ****kin hate it I really feel bad for others who have it much worse than me.
Anyone ever tried anything like this I went to the vitamin shoppe and I saw a good number of herbal face products like pills shakes etc any experiences or am i wasting my friggin time like i have on other things for the past year.
hey stillmatic, did you check out my reply to you before? I replied under your akn skin care post..check it out. I do take skin supplements: herpanacine & sulfurplex. They both help my skin, but like you I have those awful small white bumps (on my forehead). checkout my last reply to your akn post. kjack

stillmatic, thanks for info about AHA's, how does your skin handle the 10% AHA ? does it get really dried out or anything? I have sensitive skin and it seems like almost everything makes it red /irritated. however, at this point I am willing to try anything & everything. did you checkout the product littlebonjovigirl mentioned? it sounds good . I didnt get red knowing that im a tan color kinda like jlo but I dont think you should have a problme just test it on a small area and if it turns out dont use it <IMG SRC="http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif">.

LittleBonJoviGirl mentioned a product from skintactix skin labs.. a whitehead dissolver called whitehead/blackehead controller. sounds promising.. I think it is all natural. I had just purchased the AKN last night and start on it today. The lil warning at the bottom indicated an inital breakout is common so I am looking forward to how well it goes. I'm also taking other supplements in order to combat my acne and havent really seen any results as of it. A daily vitamin, gotu kola, zinc, primrose oil, and some multi-oil pills. I just started this routine a week or so ago. I'll keep ya posted on how it goes. Oh yah I also switched to clean and clear blemish soap...wish me luck

hey lets keep posted on the akn result im on my second day now and kinda worried about the initial breakout since famillys coming now from all over and I must look my best.
Damn I think the breakout started I have one big one right above my eyebrow and one starting on my nose at least I know its working and getting all the sh*t out of my face hopefully it will clear after the worst happens like it says.
2binSD how is it going for you did you get an initial breakout It just started today 3 days after starting.
