Dry and sensitive skin
 

Okay, so i have minor break outs here and there, i'm 23 and I currently use just head and shoulders once a night, and wash my face with plain water after my mid day work out.. I realized that the cause of my acne is dry skin, so i started using a moisturizer called cetaphil after I shower, but i still experience dry skin and break outs.... any ideas?
