I'm 17 and I've always had acne, but I'm pretty certain that this is NOT acne.I don't know how to get rid of it. I've had it for like, 5 days and I'll admit, I've covered it up with makeup a couple times :/ but recently I've just been putting neosporin on in and covering it with a bandaid when I go out of the house. Please help ): Here is a picture:
looks like a fungus to me. Id just rubbing it with some tea tree oil after washing it with some cetaphil or something. Don't use any harsh chemicals on that. Only gentle items.
Greetings! Welcome to healthboards!!!! I hope the needed support is found. I don't think it is acne in my opinion. I would see the dermatologist to find out what it is for sure. If it is in fact a fungus or other germ I would not use any sweets, or very much fats as these have potential to aggravate the difficulty. Peace, sjb
P.S. I would not pick at or on any of them and try to leave the hands mostly off the face except for maybe treatment. I would try to keep the face off the pillow to dry better. A daily walk outside may also improve health. Some raw food as well as cooked food may be useful. I would use more citrus such as grapefruit, lemon, lime fresh oranges and also kiwis. I would love to hear how things turn out if desired to tell us.

Agreed, it doesn't look like acne. Have you tried Lavender oil or tea tree oil? I saw it is good to kill bateria, fungus, etc. There are more essential oil good for skin. I would try essential oil first before applying chemicals which might make it worse. You're in a healthy lifestyle, so no need to apply chemicals.
Try natural products, like aloe vera (fresh) which is good too.
You should also try taking 2-3 tbsp of extra-virgin coconut oil, it is also good to kill bad things inside your body, etc. Good luck!
Greetings, I might use a couple drops of tea tree oil in a bottle of natural shampoo, shake it really well, after placing some on I would leave it on for a few seconds and wash it off again if desired. Of course everyone is in charge of their own health care and makes their own health care decisions. sjb
