Hi. Around 4 days ago, I noticed a small white head pimple appeared on my pubic hair. As I did with all pimples, I popped the pimple, and the white from any white head came out. But since then, the pimple changed. It is now sort of a red pimple. I can't pop it. I got a bit worried, and looked around the internet, and a pimple on the groin area usually means either an ingrown hair or tumor. But I couldn't find someone who had a white head like mine to begin with. If it helps, I am 19 and haven't been sexually active yet. If someone could answer me, it would be great!

Hi chris, It may have been an ingrown hair since it was in the hair. I would bathe daily using lots of soap & water & a washcloth to cut down on staph that lives on the skin, keep my hands off it, use a dab of triple antiobiotic cream, keep it dry, wear clean undergarments & watch for signs of further infection such as redness, swelling & any drainage & go to dr if any problem. I hope it resolves for you.
