That's interesting brainfog. I think that genetics is only one cause of ADHD. Of course peoples opinions of "true ADD" varies, but the fact is at the present time ADD is a very generalized diagnosis that is given to children and adults for that matter who have a similar symptoms caused by a variety of different problems. Sometimes genetics, other times there are environmental causes, and tons of other things (my cousins was caused by a difficult birth, many children who are abused have ADD symptoms too).
