Depression can cause ADD symptoms. However, it is possible to have both. The key is this. ADD, by definition, must have started at a young age (although it might not be diagnosed until later). Did you have these problems as a child?

Although anyone can have these symptoms at times in their life, it's a matter of severity. Do these symptoms significantly impede your ability to function?
If you're feeling pretty low right now, this may be a bit overwhelming. You might want to print the checklists and think about it when you're feeling better. If you read it and think "This is sooo me!", then have a thorough evaluation done.
