| Re: Help with ADD, Rhythmic Movement Disorder and Restless Leg Syndrome
I was diagnosed with severe ADHD as well as some other issues. I had the restless leg syndrome problems (couldnt stop moving legs) but this wasnt true restless leg syndrome, it was a secondary symptom of my ADHD.
I have taken medication for my ADHD in the past. While on meds this symptom improved to where I had more control over it.
Now my treatment plan is supplementation along with other healthy lifestyle choices (good diet, no red dye, meditation etc) The "restless leg" problems are completely gone UNLESS I eat/drink something with red dye, or go a week or more without my supplements.
Do your movement disorders go away if your ADD is under control? Do you have ADD or ADHD?
