Make lists of what you need to get done each day/week/month. If you need to work with a counselor or an ADD coach on the weekly/monthly goals then write out the daily lists on your own. Everytime you complete the entire list give yourself a small reward (desert or coffee) Everytime you complete all your lists for the entire week give yourself a nice reward (go out somewhere, buy something)
If you can get an ADD coach you should! I think thatd be very helpful for you. They can help you get organized and remind you to *stay* organized and on top of things.
Alarm clocks/Watches with multiple alarms are helpful for reminders that you need to get started on something.
