You could. You could also have a learning disability in reading that makes it difficult for you to read. Do you have other ADD symptoms?

If it's just reading that is affected, a learning disability like Dyslexia is far more likely - it's usually auditory attention that is mot problematic in ADHD, such as in listening to spoken language. Reading does also cause problems (skipping lines, forgetting what was read, being too distracted to read etc.) but other areas are usually more problematic.

Yes, don't jump the gun and label yourself as ADHD from this alone. Research more of the condition and weigh yourself against those resources you find. Get a doctor's opinion before you start referring to yourslf as an ADHD person.

I'd look into some other possible reading learning disabilities. How old are you? If you are a teenager, then there might possibly be some free testing avaliable through your public school system.

I think there's this trend of people wanting to slap on an ADHD label/treatment to a number of different academic/classroom problems. That seems to be the first thing people question whenever a child has academic/behavior problems at school. (It should be an option, but not an assumption when figuring things out, and one of many possibilites.) Problems with reading can stem from a number of different conditions that are not in any way attached to ADD.
