I just switched from 30-40 Mg daily of Ritalin (15, 15, sometimes 10) to 36Mg Concerta and based only on day one, am finding it is not as effective.

Can anyone recount their experience. IE:

Did you take roughly the same total amount (MG) of Concerta as you had Ritalin?

Were there side effects or other quirks to the transition that took getting
used to?

If it eventually worked out, how long did it take get used to?
