How to get info with no attention span?? - ADD / ADHD Message Board

Hi,

I have a very serious question. How do I do research and get information on ADD when I can't focus or keep my attention long enough to do so???

This is a serious problem for me!

That's very good question! I will ask my doctor the same question. It is hard for me to concentrate for very long to read and retain anything. I am wondering about ADD, too. I guess we just let our drs know our concern about ADD and they will, as I understand it, ask us questions that according to our answers can determine whether we suffer from the illness.

Then, when we are put on a medication and it works, maybe then we can learn how to be able to read about it! I love the question..
