Question Focalin for Adult ADD

Howdy, i was just dx for add at age 33 and started taking Focalin. It feels like it might be working but within a few hours I crash crash crash and am much more tired if I skip a day. I've only been taking it a week. How long does it take for newbies systems to adjust? I'm wondering how long before i should stop if this persists.
