my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD today and they want to start her on Concerta....

for those who have been on or have children on Concerta, could you tell me your experience on it?

as being new to being a mother with a child of ADHD.. what things should i think about and do for my daughter??? i could use all the advice

my 7 year old nephew was on concerta....it did not help him at all. now he's on ritalin and that's not making any difference, either. i think adderall is the best, but he can't swallow pills. (adderall doesn't have the crash like the others, ive noticed...)

What did you wind up doing with your child? I'm searching for answers for my nine year old as well. I have not been very happy with this entire process.
