Avoiding food allergies

I recently read two books that talk about how to help children with ADD without medication but by avoiding certain foods. Apparently there is a food allergy that comes later, not right away, so it is harder to see but equally terrible not to mention hard to figure out. There are case studies in both books--one is written by a doctor and is a bit more techincal the other is written by a mother and includes a bunch of other mothers' stories.

Hope this helps, as I found it fascinating.
